RE-News More good news! According to the NWMLS, we had a 4.6 month supply of homes for sale in King County last month. That's down from a 6.7 month supply in May 2008. A 5-6 month supply is considered by most real estate professionals to be a healthy, balanced market. This means that our King County real estate market is shifting slightly in favor of sellers.
